This immune system-boosting tea is just the ticket when you come in from work or running errands, tired, cold, wet, sneezing, coughing or with sinuses needing support. With the addition of Manuka honey, this tea packs a one-two punch! Warm up with thieves tea often during the winter.
What is Thieves essential oil? It is a famous recipe blend of clove, cinnamon, lemon, eucalyptus radiata and rosemary. It is basically a wellness bomb that holistically supports the body. Where can you find the FDA-approved, GRAS labeled oil for use in food? HERE.
What is Manuka honey and how is it different from your local honey bear variety? This honey is very powerful and used for respiratory issues, wound healing and even as a beauty masque. It is quite expensive…I’d not put it on toast (though you may) and save it for times when you need it. Most health food stores will have it. My small jar cost me $20.
