Low-carb Potato-style Pancakes made with Cauliflower

I love potato pancakes!  However, I can’t handle the high amount of carbs.  I’ve tweaked this recipe to use cauliflower rice and seasoning to where I don’t miss the potato.  Give them a try and let me know what you think!
