- 1/2 cup powdered cow's milk, powdered goat's milk, or (vegan) powdered coconut milk
- 1/2 cup epsom salt OR 1/4 cup cornstarch plus 1/4 cup baking soda
- For Homemade Lavender Milk Bath - 4-6 drops of Young Living Lavender Essential Oil
- For Homemade Rose Milk Bath - 4-5 drops of Young Living Rose Essential Oil
Instructions
- Combine powders and essential oils thoroughly.
- Add entire contents to warm bath water.
