Ingredients
- 2 cups almond or coconut milk
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 drop Cinnamon Vitality Essential Oil
- 1 drop Clove Vitality Essential Oil
- 1 drop Ginger Vitality Essential Oil
- 1 tsp pure vanilla
- Optional: 2T high quality, organic maple syrup
Instructions
- Mix ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
