A Diffuser Recipe for Sleep
Ingredients
- 3 drops Lavender Essential Oil
- 3 drops Cedarwood Essential Oil
- 3 drops Roman Chamomille Essential Oil
- 1 drop Tangerine or Orange Essential Oil
Instructions
- Fill your cold-air diffuser with water according to your manufacturer's directions. Add the drops above. Set your diffuser on intermittent diffusing for the longest diffusing period. Your diffuser should go all night.
